We are your un-official guide to shops, restaurants and points of interest in the St. George and surrounding areas of Southern Utah.  St. George, located in Washington County, is approximately 200 miles north of Las Vegas and about 300 miles south of Salt Lake City. The area is known for the St. George Marathon and the Iron Man races and its beautiful red rock mountains and recreation areas. Nearby state and national parks include, Snow Canyon, Gunlock, Zion National Park and Bryce National Park. The area also features beautiful golf courses and offroading areas. Utah Tech University and the Downtown Historic District are popular points of interest.
